What are the preparation and shipping times?

Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 hours (This period may be extended in the event of strong requests).

Once prepared,Your order is sent by post within 2 to 3 working days in France and in the main European cities (indicative period sent by post).

Once dispatched,You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

How can I check the condition of my order?

I am not satisfied with my order, can I be reimbursed?

Of course. You have 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to return any product to us which would not give you complete satisfaction.

The shipping costs are your responsibility with no exceptions for ordering errors.

Solid jewelry may not be the subject of exchange and/or refund.

Also for hygiene conditions, no exchange or refund will be made for earrings.

When will I be reimbursed?

Upon receipt and control of the perfect condition of the jewelry and its packaging, we will reimburse you within a maximum of 15 days on the means of payment used during the purchase.
